Trial Account Refund Policy:

Even the BokorVPN 7-day trial account is eligible for a refund.

How to initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please send an email to help@Bokorvpn.com, including your VPN username and the reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

BokorVPN is committed to a transparent refund process, aiming to process refunds within 24 hours of a valid request. Depending on your bank, card, or payment provider, it may take up to 30 days for the payment to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Exclusion:

This refund policy excludes accounts issued for special purposes, such as fight plans or special accounts.

Payment Methods:

BokorVPN supports various payment methods for your convenience. However, please be aware that certain payment methods, including CoinGate, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store, do not support the refund option. We clearly label such payment methods as “non-refundable” during the checkout process, and they are not covered by this policy.
